A severely impaired Daniel Creek emptying into the Black Warrior River (Tuscaloosa County)

This image was not taken after the event of rain, this is what the mouth of Daniel Creek looks like everyday.  So much sediment is being emptied into the Black Warrior River from Daniel Creek that the US Army Corps of Engineers had to place a navigational hazard buoy to warn boaters of this dangerously shallow riverbed.
